On Receiving Your Order

Inspect your merchandise before accepting the shipment

It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before accepting.

If you see any damage to the container, no matter how small, a puncture, a small corner crumpled, or a black mark that a fork truck tire may have made, have the delivery person make note of it. If they refuse to make note of your request DO NOT take delivery.

Do not destroy your container that the unit was shipped in. You will need it to return your item.

From the time of delivery you have 24 hrs. to inspect concealed damage that the container did not show. After 24 hrs. you have no recourse to recover damages from the delivery company.

If the product you are receiving has visible damage and after inspecting, it is not acceptable to you, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE.

Returns

Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped incorrect items. Items that show signs of wear, installation or use cannot be considered for refund.

All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase.
All returns must have an authorization number.
No returns on special order merchandise!

Upon receipt of returned merchandise your credit card will be credited.
